client (owner/developer who covers a construction cost)

- environment impact assessment
- lembaga air perak
- tenaga nasional berhad
- telekom malaysia
- bomba

consultant (provides design expertise and advice)
- land surveyor
- town planner
- architect
- civil & structural engineer
- mechanical & electrical engineer
- interior designer
- quantity surveyor

contractor (contracts for construction projects)
- main contractor
- sub contractor

supplier (supplies construction materials)
- manufacturer
- distributor
- trading house
- hardware shop
