My Friendster account is highjacked-_-"

Who still logs in to their friendster account nowadays? The last time i logged in was i think 2 months ago, mayb 3. And the last last time i logged in was probably half a year ago.
Anyway, yesterday i suddenly thought of my friendster account so decided to log in.

My usual e-mail and password.

Was shocked to see this. The email address u entered is not a valid login???

So i re-typed my email and password. But the same thing appeared. Although i was confident that was the correct email i used, i tried with other emails that i have, and with all the possible passwords. Attempts in vain.=(

At first i thought my account has been deleted cuz i didn't log in for too long a time. Anyhow i decided to google myself.

And look! There am i!

Clicked on it and this girl appeared.

I ignored it cuz obviously that account doesn't belong to me..duh...*oblivious that it was actually mine*

So i logged in Kenneth's account to find myself. And was shocked to see that 'BUNGA' girl was his featured friend. In place of me!

Clicked on her. And realised ALL THE INFO of 'her' is exactly the same as mine. Well, of course, except my name, photo, and location!! And some additional irritating guys' testimonials. All my albums are still there, except that the photos in them have been deleted.

How could this have happened!!! I didn't log in in any other computer except my own! Anyway, i've deleted her from Kenneth's friendster. And so to you guys who still have 'me' as your friend, please delete it as well! Thank you=)

Freedom is one step ahead

I hate studying.

I freakin’ effing hate studying.

I can’t wait to finish my papers.

Officially less than 12 hours to go!!

Miss blogging. Wait till I blog A LOT till people get sienz reading that they are begging me to close down this site. hehehe.

integrity or ‘face’..?


now, say you are the face of a brand..
and then all of a sudden, your partner plead that you stop being the face of the brand because it is a matter of conflicting interest with his/her company.
what would you do?

would you,

A) say OKAY honey, i’ll stop
B) i’m sorry i cannot do that because my career’s on the line?

if you chose option (B), damn i salute you..
now, say you’ve had no choice but to be forced to choose option (A),
and all of a sudden you are caught in a dilemma because this company has been all but good to you.
would you

A) try to save your ‘face’/name by creating a false ‘fall-out’ between you and the company and call them rude and incompetent
B) tell others that there is a conflict of interest at this point and remain silent about the issue until the hype dies down?

i’ve been unfortunate to have come across option (A), the person, i mean, and have been enlightened that there are many such persons in the world.
now i find this very interesting.
how hard can it be to make such a decision?
isnt it a clear cut?
well of course the answer to question one would depend on your priorities and how understanding your partner is,
but as for question two, i’d think that the clear answer would be (B) or something similar to that.

see, if a person chooses option (B), they would not only save their ‘face’ in the long run, but also keep their integrity in tact.
if you do, however, claim that you were in a rush to make a decision, i’ll just say its bullshit.
as ‘kan chiong’ as i am, i can still take at least a couple of seconds or minutes to be rational.
a little lost of face for a short while wont hurt much,
not as badly as compared to the day when people find out what you did.

would you rather people question your integrity or ‘face’?

i guess we’re back to priorities..

oh well…
